
Eliot Fisk's many repeat solo engagements in major halls throughout
the U.S., Europe and Asia are complemented by a wide variety of chamber music performances. In addition
to his regular partner, flutist Paula Robison, he frequently performes
with flamenco guitarist Paco Peña, master of castanets Lucero
Tena, Turkish music specialist Burhan Oçal, and the Shanghai
String Quartet. He has also performed with such chamber music partners
as Victoria
de los Angeles, Gidon Kremer, Ruggiero Ricci, double bassist Gary Karr,
the Chilingirian and Juilliard Quartets, and the late jazz guitarist
Joe Pass. During the 1997/98 concert season, Mr. Fisk performed with
tenors John Aler and Robert White at Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall and
at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
